What We Stand For

Jolly Juniors Childcare Academy is a place where learning and fun become one. We believe that if children are having fun and are actively encouraged and well-supervised, learning takes care of itself. Studies have found that children are more likely to retain information learned when they are engaged in an enjoyable and meaningful activity, and that’s what Jolly Juniors Childcare Academy is all about.

Our Vision

Teaching the Professionals of tomorrow

The ratio of our infant class is 3 infants to 1 teacher. Our Infant programs are for children aged 8 months to 18 months. Our programs feature a variety of activities, which help children learn through play and exploration. Infants spend time exploring both independently, with staff, and through group activities. Infants spend two hours each day engaged in outdoor activities, weather permitting. Parents are required to provide diapers, diapering creams and baby wipes for their children. While our center provides cribs for naps, parents are required to provide blankets and bedding for their children. Blankets and beddings are sent home for washing every fridays.  During nap times, our staff make routine visual checks of the children, and follow our Sleep Policy for safe sleep. Infants are provided with a nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack each day. Each infant follows their own feeding schedule. Communication with our parents is very important for the care of infants, and parents are required to provide information on the daily infant chart about their child’s night, and any additional instructions for the day. Your child’s naps, meals, diaper changes, interests, activities and other observations are also documented every day on the chart.
